Unique Riverside Solar Villa Light Project by Everlite

Saturday afternoon.

After spending almost the whole day reading, I wanted to go somewhere to clear my mind.

A walk along the riverside is usually my first choice.

But on my way there, something caught my attention once again.

Our Everlite GL01 villa landscape lights.

Standing quietly beneath the late afternoon sunshine, they looked just as beautiful as I remembered.

I couldn’t resist pulling over, getting out of the car, and taking a few more photos—and some video clips.

This is quite an unusual application.

Villa landscape luminaires are not often paired with an off-grid solar lighting system, but the community made a bold decision to do exactly that.

Together with the bamboo-inspired poles finished in Everlite Green, the result has created a distinctive identity for the whole streetscape.

Five years later, the green finish on the poles has naturally weathered a little.

But the lighting system continues to perform reliably.

Seeing projects like this strengthens our confidence in expanding our solar lighting portfolio and bringing more of these solutions to overseas markets.

We’ll continue revisiting more projects and sharing what we discover along the way.
